Consumption of MST® Advanced Recycled rubber grade zinc oxide in recycled rubber products
MST® Advanced Recycled rubber grade zinc oxide is usually used in combination with stearic acid HY18S6J2L, which can increase the solubility of Advanced Recycled rubber grade zinc oxide in the rubber, increase the dispersibility in the rubber, improve the processing performance of reclaimed rubber products, and increase the vulcanization rate; Acid also has a lubricating effect. In the reclaimed rubber molded product, it can ensure the smooth release of the product.
Recycled rubber is made by recycling waste rubber and contains certain compounding agents, such as zinc oxide, carbon black and other substances. Therefore, MST® Advanced Recycled rubber grade zinc oxide is generally added in an amount of about 2-5 parts in reclaimed rubber products. Advanced Recycled rubber grade zinc oxide can be used as a colorant and filler in white latex reclaimed rubber products. The general dosage is about 4 parts. About 3 parts can be added to tire reclaimed rubber products. About 5 parts of stearic acid can be added to butyl reclaimed rubber products with about 1.5 parts of stearic acid.
