9. Safety measures of polyester powder coating

• Powder coating is a non-toxic product, but inhalation of dust should be avoided during use. It is recommended that the staff wear suitable dust masks and glasses.
• Try to avoid long-term contact between the skin and the powder coating, and the coating attached to the skin can be cleaned with fertilizer. 

10. Storage period of polyester of powder coating

It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place below 30℃ and avoid direct sunlight. The powder coating is produced by itself.
The shelf life will be 18 months from the date onwards. If the product meets the requirements, it can still be used.

• The surface of the object to be coated must be cleaned, free of moisture, acid, alkali, and oil.
• The tools used during construction must be dry and clean
• Powder coatings of the same type must be used, and it is forbidden to use them in combination with other types of coatings.
• The curing conditions must meet the specified requirements, otherwise the coating film will not easily meet the requirements. The curing temperature refers to the actual temperature of the workpiece. Time refers to the holding time after the workpiece reaches the specified temperature.
• The construction site is well ventilated, and necessary protective equipment should be worn.
