What are the characteristics of tyre grade zinc oxide ?
Tyre grade zinc oxide is a good thermal conductivity agent and heat capacity agent. Its thermal conductivity is 2.5 times as much as carbon black, 5 times as much as rubber, and heat capacity is about 2 times that of carbon black.
Why does adding tyre grade zinc oxide extend the life of the tire ? when we driving our car, Auto tires will generate heat when they are repeatedly compressed, stretched, flexed and deformed during high-load and high-speed continuous driving.
